Welsh Llangollen Studio Pottery Jug

Nice jug in a blue and brown speckled glaze, with band of white decoration and pinched spout. Made at the Llangollen Pottery in Wales. Llangollen Pottery was founded by Rhys and Jean Powell at the start of the 1950's. Una Dyer and Claire Littleboy took it over in the 1960's and at the end of the 60's it was run by the Lloyd Thomas family until it closed in the 1980's.
Condition :- Good, no chips or cracks.
Size :- Height 17cms, width 8.5cms, width at base 6.5cms.
Mark :- Impressed 'Llangollen Wales'.
