Stoneware Hawthorns on the Downs Dish

A stoneware dish hand painted with a design called 'Hawthorns on the Downs' and is inscribed with a name which is difficult to make out. Possibly Sallie Fox ? I'm afraid I don't know the potter.
Width 20.5cms
Condition :- A pin prick chip on the rim and a couple of little air bubbles on the design, please see photos, otherwise in good condition.
Mark :- Painted, Hawthorns on the Downs '92. Inscribed name - possibly Sallie Fox ?
