Richard Rose Sponge Ware Studio Pottery Vase

Beautiful vase in a pale lemon yellow glaze with green and brown sponge decoration. It is signed Richard Rose but unfortunately I haven't been able to find out where this potter worked. If anyone knows please drop me an email as I would love to find out.
A kind lady has let me know that she thinks Richard Rose was in the Leicester area in the early 1990's. Another kind person has contacted me to say they think Richard Rose had been an English teacher at Manchester School of Art but when it closed in the 1980's he set up a pottery business and had a stall in the Manchester craft market and in the late 1980's a small shop. So maybe he was just exhibiting in the Leicester area in the early 90's or eventually moved there.
Condition :- Good, no chips or cracks.
Size :- Height 14cms, width 8cms, width at base 6.5cms.
Mark :- Painted signature 'Richard Rose'.
