Prime Pottery is based in the city of Bath, Bath and North East Somerset, U.K. I have been trading online since 2004 on various auction sites. I specialize in selling beautiful vintage hand made pottery. Terms and Conditions

Postage and Packing

All pottery items will be carefully packed using large size bubble wrap and secured in a strong box. I try and use recycled packaging when possible to help the environment. I am happy to pack items together to save on postage costs, however, please note there is a 2kg weight limit on airmail items. Items under the value of £20.00 GBP will be sent via 1st class Royal Mail. Items over £20.00 GBP will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for unless specified otherwise on the listing. Overseas items under the value of £20.00 GBP will be sent via Royal Mail airmail. Items above this amount will be sent by Royal Mail international signed for unless otherwise specified on the listing.

Damage

As yet I have never had any damage occur to my items in the postal system. Should there ever be such an unfortunate incident then please take photos of the damage and email them to me. Also please keep the packaging materials as Royal Mail sometimes requires proof of packing so that a claim may be submitted.

Payment

Payment can be made safely and securely with your debit or credit card via the Paypal checkout. I also accept cheques and postal orders from U.K. customers but cheques must be cleared before we can dispatch your item. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact me at ku.oc.oohay@eocsapceb

Returns

I do my best to describe the pottery accurately however should I miss any faults please contact me within ten days of receiving your item and we will be happy to refund on return. If returning because of a change of mind I will refund the cost price but the buyer must pay the return postage.

Privacy policy

No personal information is displayed online in unsecured areas or is accessible to the general public. We will contact you by email purely to complete your order or answer questions. No information will be shared with any third party other than for payment processing or delivery services. Primepottery respects its clients privacy at all times.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Paypal to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you're ordering.
