Tall Blue Studio Pottery Vase Marked EP

A tall elegant vase with a stunning blue glaze in graduated tones. It is marked ep with what looks like a fish? I've seen this mark before but haven't been able to find out who the potter is. If anyone can help I would love to know !
Condition :- One little scratch to the right of the potter's stamp and some crazing, otherwise in good condition no chips or cracks.
Size :- Height 20.5cms, width 6cms, width at base 4.5cms.
