Rare Vintage Studio Pottery Dish - Devon Ware ?

A vintage cream glazed dish with a charming green, brown and yellow naive design of a pipe smoker. There is no pottery mark, other than inscribed numbers, but the glaze colours lead me to think that it is possibly a piece from one of the Devon potteries ? This item will be sent by signed for postage.
Condition :- It has crazing consistant with age and a few little air bubbles but no chips or cracks.
Width 15.25cms, height 2cms.
Mark :- ? x69/20 over a number 2.
